The location to fun areas like the TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We were upgraded to a bigger version of the room we intended and it suited our family of four very nicely. The hotel also had many freebies: toothbrushes, hair brushes, tea, bath powder, slippers, etc. that you could also take home if you wished. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we purchased the “no daily cleaning” package, someone still came by to take out the trash and give us new towels (thank you very much!!).

The hotel staff are all kind and most of them speak English. They are very considerate and accommodating with all of our requests, specially when we asked for a room with a view. They made sure we had a daily supply of towels.

Osaka

Large non-smoking room provided even though we mistakenly booked a smoking room. Vey polite & helpful staff. Great location. Restaurants, Lawsin & Famuly Market nearby. Staff kent me a AUS-JAP power converter plug. Big bath!!
