Very close to the central locations, clean rooms and friendly staff. Free ice machine and microwave was on our floor.

Property was clean and tidy and even though we did not have room cleaning every day we still got clean towels and trash bins cleared. Also the property is super close to main streets of Sapporo. Walking distance to Susukino or Sapporo train line.

The location to fun areas like the TV Tower and Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Odori Park was perfect. Very easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We were upgraded to a bigger version of the room we intended and it suited our family of four very nicely. The hotel also had many freebies: toothbrushes, hair brushes, tea, bath powder, slippers, etc. that you could also take home if you wished. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we purchased the “no daily cleaning” package, someone still came by to take out the trash and give us new towels (thank you very much!!).

We expected the property to be old because it seemed old fashioned when we saw the photos but upon arrival, we were amazed because it has a vintage vibe but its very well kept and the employees are so nice and willing to help. Will definitely book again if I ever come back to Sapporo.

Location is really convenient ,very accessible to Train station and attraction. Hotel car park is just right in front of the door . Free bath powder and shaving tools. Hotel staff is helpful to meet my needs.

The location is great! Near Odori Park, subway/train stations, convenience stores, market. The staff are also friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I also love their free bath powder. They all smell so good and relaxing.

Large non-smoking room provided even though we mistakenly booked a smoking room. Vey polite & helpful staff. Great location. Restaurants, Lawsin & Famuly Market nearby. Staff kent me a AUS-JAP power converter plug. Big bath!!

I was able to sleep well in a triple bed. The shampoo was also good, and I was very satisfied.

The location is just a few minutes walk from Tanukikoji shopping center and Mega Don Quijote. The breakfast was good and they still refill even past the time.
